Wedding in Perugia – All the way from the U.S.A to Castello Monterone in Perugia, Italy.  Congratulations to Kaitlin and Rob and all the best of luck for the future from all of us here at Love Italy Weddings. What a wonderful wedding!  We are also delighted to say that Castello Monterone has spent the awful Covid wedding hiatus making improvements and now is even better.  They have added outside jacuzzis (amazingly you can now sit in a jacuzzi with a view!) and the castle which always was pristine is now even more so.  The castle grounds and gardens are looking ever more beautiful and they have improved their already great wedding banquet.  The dining at this wedding was absolutely amazing so congratulations to all at Castello Monterone.

If you are planing a wedding in Italy, Perugia is beautiful town and because it is accessible from a number of airports can be convenient for wedding groups (Perugia Airport is 10 mins, Ancona Airport is 1.5 hours, Florence Airport is 1 hour and 50 mins and Rome is 2.5 hours). It is also a really beautiful town with a great atmosphere.  Perugia is well worth a visit on any tour of Italy because it is the capitol of Umbria.
